Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Marketing and related business areas.
Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
Contribute to curriculum design and continuous course improvement.
Engage in academic research, publications, and departmental activities.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other institutional initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
MBA (Marketing)
or
Master's degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
Preferred:
Ph.D. (awarded or pursuing) in Marketing or related field.
Prior teaching or research experience at the college/university level will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong academic and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital tools, and industry practices.
Ability to engage students effectively and create an interactive learning environment.
