Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate (BBA, B.Com) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in
Finance
and
Marketing
.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, case studies, and practical sessions.
Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, seminars, dissertations etc.
Participate in curriculum design and development, keep course content updated.
Engage in research / scholarly publications.
Contribute to institutional responsibilities: attending departmental meetings, participating in seminars/workshops/faculty development programs.
Assist with NAAC / NBA / UGC documentation, accreditation, audits.
Industry interaction: Establish links for guest lectures, internships, placements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in
Finance
or
Marketing
.
UGC-NET / SET qualification, or equivalent, as per UGC norms.
Ph.D. in Management or related field is preferred or required for some postings.
Minimum 2 years teaching / industry experience
