Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, committed, and dynamic Assistant Professors in Management to join our Management Department. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality teaching, research, and academic development in core and emerging areas of management education.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
Mentor students in academic projects, internships, case studies, and research-based learning.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental growth initiatives.
Engage in research activities, publications, conferences, FDPs, and professional development programs.
Participate in institutional activities, committees, accreditation, and academic events.
Maintain high academic standards and uphold the values and vision of the institution.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Ph.D. in Management (preferred) or pursuing a Ph.D. from a reputed university.
First Class in MBA / PGDM (AICTE approved) with a relevant undergraduate degree.
Minimum 2 years of teaching, research, or industry experience.
Specialization in one or more of the following areas:
Human Resource Management
Marketing Management
Finance
Operations & Supply Chain Management
International Business
Entrepreneurship & Business Analytics
Desired Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
