Assistant Professor - Finance Department

Qualification Required:

MBA with specialization in Finance

from a recognized university/institution. Candidates with additional qualifications such as

M.Com, CFA, or related certifications

will be preferred.

Experience Required:

Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

in Finance or related subjects at a recognized college/university. Candidates with relevant

industry experience in financial management, accounting, or investment analysis

will have an added advantage.

Salary Range:

?15,000 to ?50,000 per month (based on qualification, experience, and interview performance).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in

Financial Management, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Banking, and Taxation.

Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and case studies. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Guide students in academic projects, research work, and internships. Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records. Participate in syllabus design, curriculum development, and department meetings. Conduct research and publish in reputed academic journals. Support departmental and institutional activities, seminars, and workshops. Encourage students to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial modeling. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Tally, or financial analysis tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Commitment to quality teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
