Qualification Required:

MBA with specialization in

Marketing

from a recognized university/institution. Candidates with additional certifications or research experience in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Required:

Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

in a recognized college or university. Industry experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

?15,000 to ?50,000 per month (commensurate with qualification, experience, and performance in interview).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Marketing and related subjects such as Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Sales & Distribution, and Advertising. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids to enhance student learning outcomes. Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career planning. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records. Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods. Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and faculty development programs. Encourage research, case study development, and publication in reputed journals. Support institutional activities, events, and accreditation processes.
