Use innovative teaching methodologies including
ICT tools, LMS, and experiential learning

Research & Publication
Conduct quality research in Law and/or History.
Publish research papers in
UGC-CARE / Scopus / Web of Science indexed journals

Present papers at national and international conferences and seminars.
Apply for research projects, grants, and consultancy opportunities.
Student Mentorship & Academic Support
Mentor students in academics, research, internships, moot courts, debates, and projects.
Guide students in dissertation and research work.
Participate in academic advising and career guidance activities.
Institutional & Administrative Responsibilities
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
Contribute to
NAAC, IQAC, NIRF, and accreditation activities
.
Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, conferences, and outreach programs.
Serve on academic and administrative committees as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (As per UGC norms)
Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and/or History
with at least
55% marks
.
NET/SET or Ph.D.
in relevant discipline preferred.
Ph.D. candidates will be given preference as per UGC regulations.
Experience
Teaching or research experience in a
recognized university/college
is desirable.
Freshers with strong academic records and research potential may also apply.
