Soundarya College of Law invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of

Assistant Professor

in the fields of

Law and Allied Subjects (Sociology, English, and Economics)

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching

Develop and deliver engaging and outcome-based lectures in

Law,

Sociology, English, and Economics

for law students. Utilize diverse and student-centric teaching methodologies to enhance understanding and critical analysis. Prepare course materials, assignments, and examinations in alignment with university standards. Mentor students in academic and co-curricular pursuits.

2. Research and Publications

Conduct independent and collaborative research, focusing on intersections between social sciences and law. Publish scholarly work in reputed national and international journals. Present research findings in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops. Guide student research projects and foster a research-oriented learning environment.

3. Institutional Contribution

Participate actively in academic committees, college events, and departmental initiatives. Support curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance processes. Contribute to outreach, extension, and professional development activities. Engage in continuous learning and professional growth.

4. Qualifications

Ph.D. in Law from a recognized University (or evidence of near completion)

NET/SET/SLET qualified Minimum 3 Years of teaching experience Proven record of teaching effectiveness and academic mentorship. Evidence of research and publications in relevant domains. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic setting.

6. Remuneration

Salary will be
