Assistant Professor

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. (Nursing)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience after completing M.Sc. (Nursing).

Desirable:

Ph.D. (Nursing).

Key Responsibilities:

Student-Centered Teaching:

Deliver engaging, interactive lectures and clinical training sessions that foster critical thinking and practical skills. Ensure students are well-prepared for the challenges of real-world healthcare environments.
2.

Mentorship and Academic Guidance:

Provide mentorship to students, supporting their academic journey and career aspirations. Inspire students to excel in their studies and embrace the core values of nursing.
3.

Curriculum Contribution:

Participate in curriculum planning and development to align with the latest trends in healthcare and nursing education. Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic, evidence-based academic program.
4.

Research and Professional Development:

Encourage student involvement in research and guide them in academic projects. Pursue personal research interests and contribute to the academic community through publications and conferences.
5.

Institutional Support:

Actively participate in institutional activities, outreach programs, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in fostering a nurturing and inclusive academic environment.
