Chris Canadian Degree College, Bangalore, is inviting applications from passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing institution. We are hiring for the following positions:

5 Commerce Faculties

2 Management Faculties

2 Computer Science Faculties

Role Overview

Faculty members will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, engaging in academic research/activities, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the college.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in assigned subjects. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments. Guide, mentor, and support students in academic and career development. Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance. Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and curriculum development. Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs. Foster a positive learning environment aligned with the values of the institution.

Eligibility & Qualifications Commerce Faculties (5 Positions)

Postgraduate degree (M.Com/MBA/PhD preferred) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Teaching/research experience will be an added advantage.

Management Faculties (2 Positions)

Postgraduate degree (MBA/PhD preferred) in Management, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related specialization. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Computer Science Faculties (2 Positions)

Postgraduate degree (MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of programming languages, software development, and emerging technologies.
