- Assistant Professor (ISE)

Department:

Information Science & Engineering (ISE)

Required Qualifications:

PhD in Information Science / Computer Science / Related Field

(Completed or Pursuing)

OR

M.Tech / M.E in Information Science / Computer Science

OR

B.Tech / B.E in ISE / CSE / ECE

Minimum 4 years of relevant teaching or industry experienceKey Responsibilities:

Teach core subjects of Information Science & Engineering as per the university syllabus. Conduct lectures, lab sessions, tutorials, and remedial classes. Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, study materials, and question papers. Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and project reviews. Guide students in internships, mini-projects, and final-year projects. Participate in academic committees, department meetings, and faculty development programs. Engage in research, publish papers, and support accreditation activities (NAAC/NBA). Maintain student attendance, academic records, and documentation. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in areas such as: Data Structures & Algorithms Database Management Systems Operating Systems Computer Networks Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Web Technologies Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python) Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide students. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

Experience:

Minimum

4 years of teaching or relevant industry experience

in Information Science / Computer Science.
