1. Educator - Imparts knowledge, teaches courses, and develops students' academic and professional skills.

2. Researcher - Conducts research, publishes papers, and contributes to the advancement of knowledge in their field.

3. Mentor - Guides students in academics, projects, internships, and career development.

4. Curriculum Developer - Designs, updates, and improves courses in line with industry and academic needs.

5. Institutional Contributor - Participates in departmental, administrative, and institutional development activities.

6. Community & Industry Liaison - Builds collaborations with industry, research bodies, and academic networks.

Teaching & Learning

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative learning resources. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
Research & Publications

Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputed journals. Apply for research grants and participate in funded projects. Guide undergraduate/postgraduate students in research and dissertations. Present research findings at seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Student Mentoring & Guidance

Advise and support students in academic and career-related matters. Supervise internships, projects, and fieldwork. Encourage participation in academic competitions, seminars, and extracurricular activities.
Curriculum & Academic Development

Contribute to curriculum design, review, and updates. Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and
