Academic Duties



Teaching & Learning

Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in core and elective MBA subjects (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, etc.). Develop course materials, lesson plans, case studies, simulations, and projects to ensure practical and industry-oriented learning. Use modern teaching aids and technology (LMS, presentations, online platforms) to enhance student engagement. Guide classroom discussions, encourage critical thinking, and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Curriculum Development

Assist in designing, updating, and reviewing MBA curriculum in line with industry needs and accreditation requirements. Integrate contemporary management practices, business trends, and real-world examples into courses.

Assessment & Evaluation

Prepare, conduct, and evaluate exams, quizzes, assignments, and presentations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on academic performance. Ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to institutional guidelines in grading.

Research & Publications



Conduct original research in management and related fields. Publish research papers, case studies, and articles in reputed journals and conferences. Apply for research grants and contribute to institutional research objectives. Stay updated with current trends in management practices, theories, and innovations.

Student Guidance & Mentorship



Mentor and counsel students on academic, professional, and personal development. Guide MBA students in projects, dissertations, internships, and case competitions. Provide career advice, skill development, and industry exposure. Facilitate networking opportunities through guest lectures, workshops, and alumni interactions.

Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities



Participate in departmental and institutional committees (admissions, examinations, placements, etc.). Contribute to accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance processes. Support admission activities by counseling prospective students and participating in selection processes. Assist in organizing seminars, conferences, FDPs (Faculty Development Programs), and management fests.

Industry & Community Engagement



Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, corporate partners, and alumni. Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and training sessions for students. Contribute to consultancy projects, executive education programs, and industry collaborations. Engage in community development, entrepreneurship promotion, and social responsibility initiatives.

Professional Development



Continuously upgrade knowledge through research, workshops, training, and higher studies. Attend and present in conferences, symposiums, and faculty development programs. Stay active in professional bodies, academic networks, and industry forums.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
