We in MUIT are looking for Assistant Professor of Management for the School of Business Management

Qualification- MBA with Ph.D in Management, Candidates with Doctorate Degree in relevant specialization shall be preferred.

Experience- 1-2 Years

JOB OVERVIEW: -

An Assistant Professor in Management will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or __postgraduate courses in management, conduct research, and contribute to our academic __community through publications and conference presentations. You'll mentor students, engage in departmental activities, and help develop our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities-

Deliver courses in areas such as organizational behavior, Strategic Management, Marketing, HRM or Operations & Others. Prepare course Materials and engage students in active learning. Guide Students on academics, research and career related matters and Supervise Students projects and theses Participating in departmental and institutional activities, serving on committees, and helping in recruitment and mentor new faculty members Mentor and advice students on their academic and career paths. Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary initiatives Attend conferences and workshops for professional development. To give lecture and paper presentation in seminars. Assisting students in developing/designing projects, patents and in preparing at least case studies which can aid to teaching. To develop methods of innovative teaching by developing minimum 5 case studies per year and discussing the same with studies.

Salary/Remuneration:

- 45 to 50 K CTC.
