CGC Landran is seeking dedicated and dynamic Assistant Professors in Management with specialization in

Finance, Marketing, or Business Analytics

. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures for UG & PG programs (BBA, B.Com, MBA in Finance/HR & Business Analytics). Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments. Guide students in research projects, internships, and dissertations. Contribute to curriculum design and academic planning. Handle academic responsibilities including exam evaluation, documentation & report preparation. Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, conferences, and FDPs. Support accreditation & compliance work (NAAC/NBA/AICTE /UGC). Engage in research, publications, and professional development activities. Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure student engagement.

Required Qualifications

MBA in Management with specialization in

Finance / Marketing / Business Analytics

(from a recognized university).

UGC NET qualified

(preferred as per norms).

PhD in Management

Strong academic record with relevant teaching/industry experience.
