Eligibility & Qualifications

MBA in any specialization

(mandatory) Teaching experience will be considered

Minimum 2 years of experience

required (teaching and/or relevant industry experience) Strong academic background with subject-matter expertise
Required Specializations / Experience Areas

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Business Analytics / Data Analytics Data Science Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) Computer Science Information Technology (IT) Statistics Applied Mathematics Econometrics MBA with specialization in: Business Analytics Information Systems Operations Quantitative Techniques
Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures for MBA students as per curriculum guidelines Develop course material, lesson plans, and assessments Guide students in academic projects, case studies, and research Participate in academic administration, curriculum development, and evaluations Contribute to departmental activities and institutional initiatives Support student mentoring and academic advising
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner Student-centric teaching approach Willingness to engage in academic innovation and continuous learning
