Qualification : M.Tech in Electronics & communication engineering, Min 1 year of experience in the same field. Freshers can also apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Learning

Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials. Use modern teaching methods, technology, and tools to enhance student learning. Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback. Mentor and guide students in academic, personal, and career growth.

2. Research and Scholarly Activities

Undertake independent and collaborative research in the relevant field. Publish research findings in reputed journals, books, and conferences. Apply for research grants and projects from funding agencies. Guide undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students in research activities. Stay updated with the latest developments in the subject area.

3. Academic Administration

Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and boards. Assist in curriculum design, accreditation processes, and academic planning. Contribute to the organization of seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic events. Maintain student records, grades, and reports as per institutional requirements.

4. Student Support and Mentorship

Provide academic advising and counseling to students. Supervise internships, projects, dissertations, and fieldwork. Support students in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Act as a mentor for student clubs, societies, or professional associations.

5. Professional Development

Engage in continuous professional learning and training. Attend and present at national and international conferences. Collaborate with peers, industry experts, and research organizations. Enhance teaching and research skills through workshops, faculty development programs, and certifications.

6. Institutional Contribution

Uphold the vision, mission, and values of the institution. Contribute to community outreach, extension activities, and social responsibility initiatives. Maintain professional ethics, discipline, and integrity in academic and research practices. Assist senior faculty in academic leadership and departmental development.
