Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and qualified individual with a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field who can contribute to the department's mission through teaching, research, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science, including core and specialized topics (e.g., Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, etc.). Develop and maintain a productive research agenda, with publications in peer-reviewed conferences and journals. Seek external funding to support research and student involvement. Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in academics and research. Participate in departmental, college, and university service and committee work. Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners on interdisciplinary projects. Stay current with developments in the field and integrate them into teaching and research.

Qualifications:Required:

Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline (completed by the time of appointment). Masters In computer science M. Tech In CSE (Preferred) Demonstrated potential or record of excellence in teaching and research. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Postdoctoral experience or relevant industry experience. A record of scholarly publications and research funding. Experience teaching or developing curriculum at the university level. Ability to teach in high-demand areas such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Quantum Computing.
