Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Administration:

Provide effective leadership for the Computer Science and Engineering Department, ensuring smooth academic operations and a conducive learning environment. Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development within the department. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the department's academic and research programs. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and scheduling. Coordinate with university leadership to align departmental goals with the institution's vision and objectives.
