Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated faculty member to teach

Business Analytics

and

General Management

papers for the BBA Department. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Analytics papers

and

General Management

courses at the undergraduate (BBA) level Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assessments Deliver lectures using innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, projects, and presentations Guide students in academic projects, case studies, and practical applications Participate in curriculum development and academic planning Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies Contribute to departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and accreditation processes
Subjects May Include

Business Analytics /Marketing analytics/Financial Analytics and related Excel, R, SPSS, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred) Technology for Business Quality Management Constitutional Values and other general management papers
Required Qualifications

Master's degree in

Management / Business Administration / Analytics / Data Science

or a related field NET/SET/PhD (preferred, as per regulatory norms) Prior teaching experience in BBA or similar undergraduate programs is desirable
Skills & Competencies

Strong conceptual clarity in Analytics and Management subjects Ability to integrate theory with practical and real-world examples Proficiency in analytical tools and software (preferred) Excellent communication and classroom management skills Student-focused and outcome-oriented teaching approach
Experience

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply)
Salary - As per institutional norms and experience
