Key Responsibilities:
Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in History.
Develop and update curriculum and teaching materials in alignment with current academic trends.
Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.
Guide and mentor students in academic projects and dissertations.
Participate in departmental and institutional activities.
Contribute to seminars, workshops, and conferences as a speaker or organizer.
Assist in academic planning, assessment, and accreditation processes.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in History with a minimum of 60% marks (NET/SET qualified).
Ph.D. in History (preferred or as per UGC norms).
Prior teaching or research experience at the college/university level is desirable.
Skills Required:

Research-oriented with proven academic writing and publication record.
Ability to integrate technology in teaching and learning.
