Assistant Professor

in the

Department of Hindi

. The candidate must have a strong academic background, teaching experience, and a passion for student-centric learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate students Hindi language and literature courses Prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, and conduct internal assessments Support students in academic mentoring and co-curricular activities Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and NAAC-related documentation Contribute to academic research and institutional development

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Master's Degree in Hindi with at least 55% marks (as per UGC norms)

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of teaching experience at the undergraduate level

Desirable:

Ph.D. / NET / SLET qualified (preferably) Proficiency in using ICT tools in teaching and evaluation Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type & Remuneration:

Full-time Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per institutional norms
