Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in assigned courses.

? Mentor and guide students in their academic and research pursuits.

? Develop Curriculum, course materials, assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.

? Participate in academic committees and contribute to departmental initiatives.

? Provide academic and career guidance to students and support their overall development.

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications:

? Immediate Joiner Required

? PhD / Master's Degree from a recognized University/ College/Institute

? Passion for teaching and a strong desire to contribute to the field of education.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

? Research experience or publications in relevant areas will be an advantage.

? Fresher's with a keen interest in academia and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

? Published research publication in the peer-reviewed journals or UGC-listed journals during assessment period.

? Completed Refresher/ Research Methodology Course/ Workshop/ Syllabus

? Up-gradation Workshop/ Training Teaching-Learning-Evaluation, Technology Programmes/ Faculty Development Programmes of at least one week (5 days) duration, or taken one MOOCs course (with e-certification) or development of e-contents in four-quadrants / MOOCs course during the assessment period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
