Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for BCA students. Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams. Guide students on projects, internships, and research activities. Use modern teaching methodologies, including online learning tools.

Research & Development:

Conduct research in relevant areas of Computer Science and Applications. Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Apply for research grants and collaborate with industry and academia.

Student Mentorship & Guidance:

Advise students on academic and career opportunities. Provide mentorship for technical competitions, hackathons, and coding challenges.

Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities:

Assist in syllabus design and curriculum development. Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and assessment activities. Engage in accreditation and quality assurance processes.

Other Activities:

Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree (MCA/MSc in Computer Science/IT) or PhD in a relevant field (as per UGC/AICTE norms).

Experience:

Prior teaching experience in a recognized institution is preferred. Freshers with strong academic records may also apply.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages (C, Java, Python, etc.), web technologies, database management, and emerging IT fields like AI, ML, or Cybersecurity.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
