APIBA seeks an Assistant Professor of General Management to join our dynamic faculty. This role involves teaching, research, and service in the area of general management and related disciplines. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our undergraduate and postgraduate programs through teaching excellence, research achievement, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Teaching:

Design and deliver engaging courses in general management and related subjects at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Update curriculum regularly to reflect the latest developments in the field.

Research:

Conduct original research that results in publications in reputed academic journals. Secure research funding and actively engage in academic conferences.

Advisory Roles:

Provide academic advising and mentorship to students. Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.

Service:

Participate in departmental, college-wide, and university committees. Contribute to the development and implementation of institutional policies and practices.

Outreach and Collaboration:

Engage with the business community and alumni to enhance the practical application of course content and to foster partnerships that benefit the institution and its stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education:

MBA or relevant education, preferred Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

Previous teaching and research experience in a higher education setting is preferred. A record of publications in recognized academic journals.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in teaching and research methodologies, and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse population of students and faculty.

Compensation

Salary offered range: 20000 - 30000 P.M subjected to statutory deduction.

Note: Authority may decide the salary based on experience and qualification.
