Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
Master's Degree in Finance, Management, Business Analytics, FinTech, or related discipline from a recognized university.
UGC NET qualified in Management, Commerce, or a relevant subject (Mandatory).
Strong academic background with a focus on financial technology.
Desirable Qualifications:
Research publications in national or international peer-reviewed journals.
Prior teaching or industry experience in FinTech or software applications in finance.
Familiarity with domains such as:
