Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects.

Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice.

Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.

Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems.

Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.

Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.

Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET/SET preferred)

Minimum 2-5 years of teaching/research/industry experience.

Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs.

Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
