English Communication Faculty

to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing students' English language proficiency and communication skills, with a focus on academic, professional, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in English Communication as per Gujarat University syllabus Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Train students in professional communication, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview skills Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations Mentor and guide students for academic and career development Participate in academic meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional activities Maintain discipline and adhere to institute and university guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:

Master's degree in English / Communication / Linguistics or a related field (as per Gujarat University norms) Prior teaching experience in a college or management institute will be preferred Strong command over English language and effective classroom management skills Passion for teaching and student development
Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interactive teaching and presentation abilities Ability to engage and motivate students Professional attitude and teamwork skills
