Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to enhance the educational experience and stay current with industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture. MBA in Rural Management, Marketing. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
