Participate in curriculum development, academic audits, and quality assurance processes.
Take part in institutional development activities and departmental administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM (preferably in Strategy/Consulting/General Management) from a recognized institution.
Ph.D. or UGC-NET qualification
in Management or a relevant area is highly desirable.
Candidates with industry experience in consulting or strategic roles will be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum
2-6 years
of experience in teaching and/or corporate strategy/consulting roles.
Proven record of academic or professional excellence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, or case analysis.
