We are hiring for the Assistant professor for the commerce department, details given below

Qualification & Experience

M.Com (Master of Commerce) - Mandatory Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in PU/UG level (Commerce subjects) NET/Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Teach Commerce subjects at PU and Degree (B.Com/BBA) level. Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and teaching materials. Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and assessments. Guide students in projects, assignments, and academic performance. Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic records. Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvements. Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and co-curricular activities. Participate in departmental meetings and institutional development activities. Ensure adherence to university/board guidelines and examination standards.

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject knowledge in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, etc.) Effective communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to adapt innovative teaching methods. Team-oriented with administrative and academic collaboration skills.

Salary:

Rs 20,000 - Rs30,000 per month
