Role Overview
The Management Faculty - Business Analytics will deliver high-quality teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role requires strong academic expertise, industry understanding, and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities
Teach UG/PG courses in Business Analytics including:
Data Analysis
Machine Learning
Data Visualization
Predictive Modeling
Develop, review, and update course content aligned to industry standards.
Mentor students for academic, career, and research guidance.
Supervise research projects, dissertations, and practical learning initiatives.
Contribute to curriculum enhancement, academic committees, and outreach activities.
Collaborate with industry professionals and internal teams to improve learning outcomes.
Stay updated on evolving research and trends in Business Analytics.

Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related domain.
Proven teaching experience or strong industry background in Business Analytics.
Research experience with publications or grant involvement preferred.
Hands-on expertise in tools such as
Python, R, SAS
, and big-data technologies.
Experience in hybrid/online teaching modes is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and classroom-management skills.
