Chandigarh University is hiring Assistant Professor for Business Analytics
Skiils and Abilities :
1. Understanding of basic and advanced statistical concepts (e.g., descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing).
2. Proficiency in statistical software and tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
3. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
Experience:
1. Proven experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field, typically with 3-5 years of industry experience (for mid-level roles).
2. Experience with data analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
3. Familiarity with data visualization and presentation software.
4. Experience in working with large data sets, performing data wrangling, and generating insights.
5. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics techniques is a plus.
6. Experience in business intelligence and reporting systems.
