The Assistant Professor (BBA) is responsible for teaching management subjects, mentoring students, supporting industry-oriented learning, and contributing to academic and institutional development in accordance with
UGC and affiliating university norms
.
Key Responsibilities
Teach UG BBA courses as per university syllabus.
Handle core subjects such as Management Principles, Marketing, HRM, Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and Business Analytics.
Prepare lesson plans, course files, teaching materials, and assessments.
Conduct internal tests, assignments, case studies, and presentations.
Guide students in projects, internships, and industry-based assignments.
Organize guest lectures, industrial visits, workshops, and seminars.
Encourage student participation in management fests and competitions.
Contribute to research, publications, and academic enrichment activities.
Maintain academic records and support
NAAC/IQAC
documentation.
Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
Qualifications
MBA / M.Com / M.Sc Management or equivalent (Mandatory)
NET/SET or Ph.D.
as per UGC norms
Teaching or industry experience preferred (freshers may apply where permitted)
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of management concepts and business practices
Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills
Case-study and practical-oriented teaching ability
Industry exposure and placement coordination skills (preferred)
Academic planning and documentation abilities
