Job Description

Teaching and Course Delivery:

Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for BCA students, developing course materials (syllabi, assignments, exams), and ensuring student engagement.

Curriculum Development:

Participating in the design and revision of the BCA curriculum, staying updated on industry trends and academic requirements.

Student Mentorship and Counseling:

Providing academic guidance, mentoring students on research projects, and evaluating their progress.

Research and Scholarly Activities:

Engaging in research, publishing papers in academic journals, and attending conferences to contribute to the field.

Departmental and Institutional Activities:

Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and contributing to the overall academic and administrative functions of the institution.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Evaluating student work, monitoring their academic progress, and providing feedback.

Innovative Teaching Methods:

Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
