Minimum Qualifications

MBA/M.Com with specialization in

Finance

or

Business Analytics

(First Class). Ph.D. in Management/Finance/Analytics (mandatory).

Experience

Minimum

5+ years

of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.

Areas of Expertise

Finance:

Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Modeling, Risk Management.

Business Analytics:

Data Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning applications in business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in Finance and Business Analytics. Guide MBA students in projects, dissertations, and internships. Develop and upgrade curriculum to align with current industry practices. Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed journals/conferences. Establish industry linkages for guest lectures, consulting, and placements. Actively contribute to departmental committees, academic events, and institutional development.

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject knowledge and practical exposure in Finance and Business Analytics. Ability to integrate case studies, simulations, and tools (Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) into teaching. Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills. Research mindset with proven track record (preferred). Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
