Candidate Profile

We are seeking exceptional individuals who demonstrate the following

essential qualifications and attributes:

+ A Ph.D. (awarded) in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline from an Institute of National Importance, Institution of Eminence, Central University, or a reputed foreign university/business school.
+ Demonstrated research competence through quality publications and evidence of a strong future research pipeline.
+ Proven teaching effectiveness and enthusiasm for innovative pedagogy (preferred but not mandatory for recent Ph.D. graduates).
+ Relevant industry or institutional experience (preferred but not essential).
