Experience

:

Assistant Professor

: Minimum of 5 years of teaching/research experience at the university/college level.

Associate Professor

: Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience with evidence of published work and contribution to academic/research excellence.

Job Responsibilities

:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate (BCA) and postgraduate (MCA) courses. Design, develop, and update curriculum in line with current industry trends and academic advancements. Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships. Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals, and present at academic conferences. Mentor and guide students in academic and career development. Participate actively in departmental activities, meetings, seminars, and workshops. Contribute to institutional development, accreditation processes, and outreach initiatives. Assist in organizing technical events, hackathons, coding competitions, and seminars. Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Skills and Competencies

:

Strong subject knowledge in programming languages, data structures, database systems, web technologies, AI/ML, cloud computing, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Research orientation with the ability to obtain grants and collaborate on funded projects.

Pay: ₹28,257.95 - ₹115,155.18 per month
