We are seeking a qualified and motivated

Assistant Professor in Aeronautical Engineering

to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core and elective subjects in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering such as: Aerodynamics Aircraft Structures Propulsion Systems Flight Mechanics Aircraft Design Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessments as per university syllabus. Conduct laboratory sessions, workshops, and project guidance. Guide UG/PG students in projects, internships, and research activities. Engage in research, publications, conferences, and funded projects. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning. Perform evaluation duties including internal assessments, examinations, and grading. Mentor students for academic and career development. Participate in institutional activities such as admissions, accreditation (NBA/NAAC), and committees. Stay updated with advancements in aeronautical engineering and teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

M.E / M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering B.E / B.Tech in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with relevant teaching/research/industry experience may apply

As per AICTE / UGC norms

Required Skills:

Strong subject knowledge in Aeronautical Engineering Effective teaching and communication skills Research aptitude and publication interest Ability to use modern teaching tools and simulation software (ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB, etc.) Student mentoring and academic coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Ph.D. in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering Research publications in reputed journals Industry or research lab experience
