Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Production Manager. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality output, managing production staff, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines. They will also support process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with leadership to optimize operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing daily operations Knowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and operational compliance Ability to lead and manage production teams, including training and performance monitoring Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials, particularly in fastener production or related industries Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities Proficiency in production planning tools and software is advantageous Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Previous experience in manufacturing of Industrial Fasteners is preferred
