Assistant Production Manager - Garment Industry

Looking for a dynamic leader to manage end-to-end sewing production operations for a high-capacity woven garment unit!

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations for 500+ sewing machines
-Drive production planning, quality control & on-time delivery
-Ensure compliance with sustainability and factory standards
-Coordinate with planning, cutting, finishing, and packing teams for seamless order flow
-Supervise batch operations and maintenance

What We're Looking For:

-10+ years of experience in woven garment production
-Proven track record in apparel/textile manufacturing
-Strong leadership & operational management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
