Job Description

We are looking for a

Assistant Production Manager

to join our team

at Little Genius Toys Private Limited

. The role involves production of wooden toys, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

Collaborate with teams for upgrading the manufacturing system

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is

Graduate

(preference to B.Tech.)

and

2 - 4 years of experience

in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Work Location: In person
