Principal Tasks & Responsibilities: (Please write all the major jobs that the employee is required to carry out) o Development/ Usage of communication strategy & tools o Explore/ Identify potential market segments & new frontiers o Liaison with production & supply chain department to ensure availability of stocks as per billing plans o Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc o Interaction & Negotiation with customers directly through customer visits o Review on effectiveness of strategies, tools etc o Feedback from internal customers (employees, line managers etc.) o Interaction with colleagues (phone calls, personal interaction, meetings etc) o Travel to locations to oversee implementation of marketing programs o Key customer Development (CRM activities) o Formulation & Execution of Products/Therapies Promotion & Marketing Strategies & Budget: o Promotion Plans and Communication Strategies o STP for products and USP's o Campaigns o Design & development of literatures, brochures, clinical inputs, and other promo-tools with Studio, outside agencies, Consultants and vendors. - Training & Development of new joinee and on the job training while in the field work Field Work: o To oversee execution of products/therapy marketing strategies o Understand Competition, Clinical Trends o Meeting Selected KOLs Higher level of scientific communications on products FABs, understanding Customer preferences, views o Conferences Participation o Better Alignment of HO and Sales on Marketing Aspects
