Montessori Elementary Teacher (Grades 1-6 | Ages 6-12)

Location: Vruksha International School of Montessori - Velachery,
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in an elementary or primary setting
Certification: Montessori (AMI, IMTC or Equivalent) preferred or willingness to undergo training

Key Responsibilities

- Guide 3 to 9-year-old children using the Montessori approach
- Present lessons to individuals and small groups, based on readiness
- Observe and support children's emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain learning records and developmental observations
- Create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized classroom environment
- Build positive communication with parents, colleagues, and school leaders
- Participate actively in training, school events, and parent meetings
- Uphold and represent Vruksha's values with integrity and care

- Educators with primary class experience ( Grade 1 to 4 )

- Individuals from STEM backgrounds who are passionate about teaching

What You Bring

- At least 1 year of experience in a school environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A warm, empathetic, and energetic teaching style
- Organized, dependable, and collaborative team spirit
- Montessori Certification (AMI, IMTC or Equivalent) preferred or willingness to be trained
