Support the main teacher in managing pre-primary classes, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the main teacher with daily classroom activities
Help children with learning tasks, play activities, and basic routines
Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and materials
Support in organizing lessons, worksheets, and learning aids
Supervise children during indoor/outdoor play
Assist in managing attendance, records, and communication with parents
Ensure emotional and physical well-being of children
Skills Required:
Patience, empathy, and love for working with young children
Basic communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and support the teacher
Creativity, responsibility, and attentiveness
