Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Plant Manager

to oversee operations at our

Bardhaman Plant

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing plant operations, workforce supervision, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in a waste management or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall plant operations, production, and manpower. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Supervise staff and coordinate with different departments for efficient workflow. Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements. Maintain records and ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations. Report operational data and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Plant Operations / Management

.

Preferred:

Candidates from the

Waste Management or Recycling industry

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle manpower and plant-level challenges independently.

Location Preference:

Local candidates from

Bardhaman or nearby areas

preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
