Job Description

Salyprojects is Kottayam Poojar based construction company urgently requires. Assistant Planning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

project schedules and timelines

using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Support the development of

work breakdown structures (WBS)

and activity sequencing. Monitor

project progress

and compare actual performance against planned schedules. Assist in preparing

weekly and monthly progress reports

. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to collect progress data. Help identify

schedule risks and delays

and support mitigation planning. Maintain and update planning documents and records. Assist with

resource loading and leveling

under supervision. Support preparation of

claims, extensions of time (EOT)

, and delay analysis when required. Ensure planning activities comply with project specifications and company standards.
Required Skills and Competencies

Basic knowledge of

construction planning and scheduling

principles. Familiarity with

planning software

(Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work with teams and communicate effectively. Proficiency in

MS Excel and reporting tools

. Attention to detail and time management skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

, Construction Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction planning (internship experience acceptable for junior roles). Knowledge of project controls and scheduling concepts is an advantage.
Note: Only Male with civil bacground are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
