Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Assistance
: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work plans using industry-standard tools.
Billing Management
: Accurately prepare, review, and finalize project billing documents, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timeliness.
Cost Tracking & Reporting
: Monitor and report on project expenditures and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure cost control.
Progress Monitoring
: Track project progress against timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and reporting them to senior management.
Document Control
: Maintain and update records of correspondence, contracts, and other project-related documentation as required.
Software Proficiency
: Primavera P6, MS Project
Key Requirements
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in planning and billing within the Oil & Gas sector.
Education
: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field. Equivalent degrees are also acceptable.
Technical Skills
: Experience with planning and billing software tools pertinent to the industry.
Attention to Detail
: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing reports and billing documents.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in site-based roles within the
Oil & Gas sector
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools
