Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts.


Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve desired results.



Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative baked goods.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following hygiene and safety standards.

Package and display bakery products attractively for customers.

Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet daily production goals.

Receive and manage inventory, notifying the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.


Requirements:



Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation role is preferred.

Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.

Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy ingredients and stand for extended periods.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
