Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
: Assist in managing daily operations across service verticals - airport passenger assistance.
Process Optimization
: Identify and implement process improvements to promote efficiency, safety, and contactless service.
Performance Monitoring
: Track service delivery time, customer satisfaction, generate operational reports, and recommend enhancements.
Team Leadership
: Support staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews to build a responsive, high-performing team.
Cross-Functional Liaison
: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service execution.
Quality & Compliance
: Ensure adherence to company protocols, safety standards, and legal/regulatory guidelines across all operations.
Customer Handling
: Address escalations and feedback professionally to uphold MGS's service excellence and customer-centric values.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in airport ground handling / passenger services operations within Aviation, hospitality services
Exceptional organizational and process-management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and operations management tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
