We're Hiring: Operations Manager - EV Charging Station Development (Gujarat)
Amped India is expanding its EV charging infrastructure across Gujarat, and we're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead on-ground execution and scale our network.
Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you'll own end-to-end development of EV charging stations--planning, execution, commissioning, and performance--working closely with internal teams, vendors, DISCOMs, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Plan & execute installation of EV charging stations across Gujarat
Coordinate with site owners, contractors, utilities, and OEMs
Manage permissions, electrical approvals, and compliance
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to operations
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Lead regional teams and resolve on-ground issues swiftly
Requirements
Experience in EV charging / electrical infrastructure / renewable projects
Strong field operations & vendor management skills
Knowledge of LT/HT electrical systems and approvals
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Willingness to travel across Gujarat

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
